In the morning, Alec and I caught the shuttle to Antigua, hoping to get there with enough time to transfer in Guatemala City for the TicaBus to Managua, Nicaragua. Of course, the trip which was supposed to be 3 hours was closer to 5, and we ended up deciding to stay in Antigua.

When we walked up to The Jungle Party hostel, we saw one of our buddies, Matthieu. He joined us on a trek over to the Antigua market for some good cheap eats. Afterwards, we went back to the hostel for some relaxation.

A good day to recharge the batteries before the long trek to Nicaragua.
